This event will focus on Computer-Implemented Inventions (CII) and recent developments in European case law. The discussions will center around the G 1/19 and T 2220/20 decisions, which are key legal precedents for patent applications relating to computer simulations and modeling. Additionally, the event will touch on AI and software patents, as well as a section on software copyright protection.
The session will be hosted by Jacek Kepa, David Lesthaeghe, and a representative from DCP3 TM who will handle the copyright part.
